This cutter is an alternative to the Widia cutter which is supplied on the Ninja machine from new. If you decide to opt for the HSS cutter please bear in mind the following:
1. Change the cutter, update the Ninja and change in the settings the cutter speed. This automatically reduces the speed so cutting will be slower
2. You change the cutter and leave settings as if it were the Widia cutter, but you have to consider that the cutter may last less as it is not the same quality of steel but is still trying to cut at the same speed.
