The SP Diagnostics key fob tester is an invaluable tool which allows quick and reliable testing of remote key fobs for most vehicles on the market today. The 433MHz and 868MHz, plus Infra Red detection give reliable and accurate indication of reception of the correct frequency. The SP Diagnostics Key Tester detects specifically these ranges so that any background noise from mobile phones and strip lights to not give false readings. A low battery indication light lets you know when the tester requires a new battery to stop false readings costing you time and money.
A great time saver giving you rapid diagnostics on troublesome intermittent or flat batteries. This is a great product to ensure that old or new keys are working correctly prior to programming in to the vehicle.
Checks the integrity of the vehicles 125KHz key transponder coil signal. If the signal is received then the IR/Transponder LED will illuminate for the duration of the transmission.
