Problems Viewing the Website?

Our Commitment to You
As part of our ongoing commitment to you we are always looking at ways to improve the services that we provide, and this is especially so with our website. To provide a better online experience, and also support the many of our customers that are now using mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, we have recently introduced this brand-new website. This also means that to support modern devices we need to make use of modern technologies!

The Role of the Web Browser
A key part of this is the web browser which you use to view the site as this also has to provide support for technologies such as HTML5 which is the current standard for websites. This is necessary for us to support the wide variety of devices that people now use, rather than simply the desktop PC which is what our old website was designed for.

Unfortunately this means that we can no longer provide support for older browsers that do not support this standard. We try to keep a balance by providing support for browsers that are up to around 4 years old.

Recommended Browsers
We always recommend that you upgrade whatever browser you are using to the latest version as this will also ensure that any bugs are fixed and that your browsing experience is as secure as possible.

For all Windows and Android devices we recommend Chrome, for not only the best possible browsing experience, but also the most trouble free. Chrome is especially recommended for older PCs rather than using IE8.

For Apple devices, the website works great in Safari whether it's a MAC, an iPhone or an iPad.

Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer 8 introduced a feature known as Compatibility Mode to allow it to continue supporting older websites as well as providing support for newer technologies. All newer versions of IE, with the exception of the Edge browser (Windows 10), still have this feature.

Compatibility mode had to be enabled for our old website to work. However, our new website will not work if you still have compatibility mode enabled!

If you still have compatability mode enabled, you will need to turn it off. To do that, please see the following guide as there are slight differences in how to achieve this depending on what version of IE you have.
